The colonel microbrewery
The world is currently experiencing a craft beer boom - a shift from the mass production of beer by big commercial breweries to the production of higher quality craft beer by small microbreweries. And Colonel is riding that wave to the Lebanese shore.
Located in the center of Batroun, the Colonel's microbrewery has a vision of sharing and promoting the craft of brewing. It is open to beer tours that explain the beer making process and is visible at all times from its Brewpub & Restaurant through a glass separation..
Built on international standards, the Colonel microbrewery produces quality craft beer. Based on the classic Czech technology, the brewing process uses only natural ingredients without any preservatives - with special Colonel twists.

Lager beer - Czech
Alc./vol.: 4.4%-12%
Ingredients: barley malt, hops, beer yeast & water.
Description: Light beer, amber colored, and developed on the basis of the best and most popular Czech variety- but with a Colonel twist.
Light beer - German
Alc./vol.: 4.4%-12%
Ingredients: barley malt, hops, beer yeast & water.
Description: Light beer, gold colored, and developed on the basis of the best German variety-but with a Colonel twist. This variety is almost the same as our Lager, Czech light beer, but this beer is softer and weaker.
Red Irish beer
Alc./vol.: 5%-13%

Description: Dark velvet beer. Its
Caramel and roasted malts give it a deep bodied, harmonious taste and its bitter hops giveit strength. It is quite a strong beer, brewed mostly in winter.
